OUTSTANDING STUDENT AWARDS
HIGH SCHOOL AWARDS CEREMONY - 12/9/24
The Nassau Zone would like to once again honor two outstanding students in 2025 graduating classes from across Nassau County who meet the required Physical Education Outstanding Student criteria for achievement.
Please note: This year’s ceremony will be ticketed via Eventbrite for all attendees.
To submit your student nominees for our Outstanding PE Student Awards Ceremony (on 12/9 @ The Inn at New Hyde Park), please complete the four steps below by November 15:
1. Complete the nomination and RSVP form via Google Forms by visiting this link: https://forms.gle/1dwpw5jaVbGZXWph7
2. Tickets are $80 each, including award recipients. If paying by check/PO, please make payable to NYS AHPERD / Nassau Zone and mail to:

3. STEP 3: Once a PO is received, Eventbrite tickets will be emailed to the director. Tickets will be required for entry for all attendees. Please distribute as needed prior to the ceremony.
