HIGH SCHOOL AWARDS CEREMONY - 3/1/22
On Tuesday 3/1/2022, the Nassau Zone of NYS AHPERD once again honored two outstanding students in 2022 graduating classes from across Nassau County who met the required Physical Education Outstanding Student criteria for achievement. This year's awards ceremony was held via Zoom.

2021 ELEMENTARY / MIDDLE SCHOOL AWARDS
The Nassau Zone once again honored our 2020-2021 Outstanding Elementary and Middle School Physical Education students. Although we didn't host an in-person awards ceremony this year, we invited all districts to submit their award winners by 4/29/2021 so we could recognize them with a certificate.
HIGH SCHOOL AWARDS CEREMONY - 12/7/20
On Monday 12/7/2020, the Nassau Zone of NYS AHPERD honored two outstanding students in 2021 graduating classes from across Nassau County who met the required Physical Education Outstanding Student criteria for achievement.
In light of the current pandemic, this year’s event was held virtually.

ELEMENTARY / MIDDLE SCHOOL AWARDS - 5/10/18
This year's Outstanding Elementary and Middle School Physical Education Awards Program was held at Roslyn High School on Thursday, May 10. Over 160 Elementary and Middle School students were recognized for their outstanding performance in their Physical Education classes, and for displaying fine leadership, good character, and exceptional behavior. Thanks to all who attended and congratulations to the award recipients.

The Executive Board of the Nassau Zone of NYS AHPERD has established an award program to recognize an Outstanding Physical Education Student in each elementary and middle school in Nassau County. We hosted our second annual awards on Thursday May 12th 2016 at Roslyn High School.

HIGH SCHOOL AWARDS DINNER - 12/16/13
Over 400 people were in attendance at Crest Hollow Country Club as the Nassau Zone honored their High School Senior Physical Education Awards Winners. One male and one female from every high school in Nassau County received a medal and certificate for their outstanding leadership in Physical Education. Congratulations to all our winners!
